Finding the right therapist
Questions to ask, ways to find a therapist and options for affordable therapy.
Finding support can feel like a minefield. These booklets offer a starting point to help you explore your options and make an informed choice about what feels right for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
These resources are UK-based, with particular attention to services in London, where I work.
These support services may be used alongside therapy with me. I have gathered these resources over time through my work as an NHS clinician.
You do not need to read everything. Choose a topic, take what feels useful and explore at your own pace.
Free to read, keep and share. For people aged 16 and over; service age limits vary.
